The kiln has been running steady for me so far. I did have to make this one small adjustment, but after that it’s been working just fine. Overall, it feels like reliable gear.

My order was mostly fine, but I did end up with one wrong item. I double-checked the receipt and the email confirmation, and everything else matched up, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Just a little annoying, but the rest of the order was good.

I ordered a few tools and some glaze from Bailey Pottery, i was happy with what showed up. The trimming tools feel solid in my hand, not cheap or flimsy, and the glaze was packed really well with no leaks or mess.
I’ve been using everything for a couple weeks now, and it’s all holding up nicely. The prices seemed fair too, so I’d definitely order from them again.

Bailey Pottery has a really solid range of pottery tools and studio supplies. I found a few things there that I’d been struggling to track down anywhere else, which was a nice win. That said, browsing the site did take me a minute. Like, why are some categories so hard to sort through? I just wanted to find what I needed without going on a tiny internet treasure hunt. Still, the selection is good enough that I’d definitely shop there again.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, it’s frustrating. I’ve had packages from other places arrive in a couple days, even stuff like phone chargers, shoes, random kitchen things, and birthday gifts, but this one is just dragging on. I keep checking the tracking like I’m waiting for concert tickets or a passport or something important, and there’s still barely any progress. Not a great experience so far

I was looking for some pottery tools and overall the site was easy to use. The categories were laid out in a way that made sense, and the search did a decent job helping me find what I was after.

My mug showed up cracked, I reached out and they got back to me fast. The refund came through a few days later, I didn’t have to chase anyone down...

My kiln shelf arrived with a cracked corner, which I’m sure happened during shipping because, some carriers seem like they’re training for a package-tossing competition. I took a couple photos, sent them to Bailey Pottery with my order number, and figured I’d be waiting around for days.
To my surprise, they got back to me the same day. No weird back-and-forth, no acting like I somehow cracked it with my mind, no “please fill out these 14 forms” nonsense. They just handled it and sent a replacement out quickly.

They also didn’t make me ship the broken one back, which I appreciated because who wants to box up a damaged kiln shelf and deal with that headache? Delivery problems happen, but customer service is where you find out what a company is really like. Bailey did right by me, and I’d definitely order from them again
